CityU Press recently participated in the 2022 Hong Kong Book Fair. Our book fair theme this year was "Reading Door". To us, reading is like opening a door that allows us to explore the ever-changing world. we live in. Our theme also sheds light on how reading invites us to discover and connect with those around us.

On 16 December 2021, City University of Hong Kong Press hosted a book launch for The Electoral System and Voting Behaviour in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the CityU SCOPE TST East Learning Centre.

On 18 November 2021, City University of Hong Kong Press held a book launch for Can Hong Kong Exceptionalism Last? Dilemmas of Governance and Public Administration over Five Decades, 1970s–2020 at Run Run Shaw Library, City University of Hong Kong

On 18 October 2021, City University of Hong Kong Press and Run Run Shaw Library, City University of Hong Kong, jointly held the opening ceremony for the “Post-War Hong Kong & the Story of Tat Chee Avenue” Exhibition. 

On 29 September 2021, City University of Hong Kong Press hosted a book launch for The Father I Know: The Remarkable Story of HU Fa Kuang at the Olympic House.

The Hong Kong Book Fair, which had not been held for two years, ended after a smooth run on July 20. Thank you to all our readers for your continued support and the efforts of our colleagues for making the book fair a success. 

The book launch cum webinar of our new academic title The Changing Legal Orders in Hong Kong and Mainland China: Essays on “One Country, Two Systems” was successfully held on 2 March 2021 at the University of Hong Kong.
