With minor height relaxation approved, the site would be developed to its full potential of a 15-storey Tower. The Tower will have a transformational impact, enriching our campus with a fresh outlook and providing extra space for learning and research. Lab floors are specially designed with sufficient loading and infrastructural allowance to support various learning and research needs. An auditorium with over 1,600 seats will provide venue for international conferences and cultural performances. A well-equipped indoor sports complex with advanced booking system will also be housed in the Tower.
Construction of the superstructure is being carried out in full swing. Despite the impact of COVID-19 and social unrest over the past two years, construction of the Tower is expected to be completed in late 2025.
