Generative AI technology such as ChatGPT and MidJourney have revolutionised many industries and our daily lives. In the medical field, tissue staining is essential for the diagnosis of diseases such as cancer. However, current staining methods based on chemicals and antibodies are often time-consuming and complicated. In this talk, I will introduce "virtual tissue staining" by generative AI, which greatly reduces the complexity, and faster. Participants will also get to try state-of-the-art generative AI tools not readily accessible to the public.
