We take pleasure to announce that the Master of Science in Biostatistics programme is newly launched, accepting applications for 2022 Intake.
The master programme aims to train the next generation of biostatisticians through an innovative curriculum. Students are trained in Biostatistics using One Health approach to enhance their knowledge, abilities and professional capabilities to solve the interdisciplinary health problems posed by emerging medical and public health issues.
The programme is also listed among eligible programmes of the UGC Targeted Taught Postgraduate Programmes Fellowships Scheme (TPgFS) in the 2022/23 cohort. Meritorious local students admitted to the programme may be awarded the fellowships of up to HK$120,000.
