William Benter Prize
|
During the conference, the 2020 and 2022 William Benter
Prizes in Applied Mathematics will be awarded, and the
recipients, Professor Michael Waterman of University of
Southern California and Professor Thomas J.R. Hughes of the
University of Texas at Austin, will give plenary lectures. The aim of the Prize is to recognize outstanding mathematical contributions that have had a direct and fundamental impact on scientific, business, finance and engineering applications.
