Congratulations to Mr IU Ting Kwok, adjunct professor of School of Law of City University of Hong Kong, who has recently been appointed as a director of eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre Limited (“eBRAM”) by the Secretary for Justice. eBRAM is an independent and not-for-profit organisation under Hong Kong law as a company limited by guarantee. It was established in 2018 with the support of Asian Academy of International Law Ltd, Hong Kong Bar Association, The Law Society of Hong Kong, and Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre Ltd. eBRAM tasks itself to elevate Hong Kong’s arbitration and mediation services, and build capacity to meet the rapidly expanding demand for dispute resolution services across the borders, by utilizing innovative technologies to enable the city to become a LawTech centre and hub for international business dispute avoidance and resolution, in collaboration with global organisations and participating economies such as the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Belt-and-Road countries and beyond. eBRAM has developed its platform leveraging latest technologies including artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud and soft robotics.
Mr IU Ting Kwok is a consultant solicitor with Kwok, Ng & Chan, Solicitors & Notaries. He is also the founder/director of Asia Conflict Resolution Institute Limited. He teaches Master of Laws (LLM) and Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LLMArbDR).
The School of Law will extend the appointment of the following adjunct professors:
Dr TO Wing, Christopher is on the panels of various leading global alternative dispute resolution bodies. He has acquired a PhD in Law in Stirling University and teaches Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LLMArbDR).
Mr MUGHAL Hanif M is a practising barrister in Hong Kong and has acquired a LLM degree from University of Cambridge, UK. He teaches Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL).
Mr LEUNG Wing Keung, Albert, has graduated from School of Law from City University of Hong Kong in 2003, he teaches Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LLMArbDR).
Dr MA Yiu-tim, Jimmy is a practising barrister, and former Legal Adviser of the Legislative Council Secretariat. He acquired a PhD in Law from Peking University, China in 2006, he teaches Master of Laws (LLM) and Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) and General Education (GE).

祝賀香港城市大學法律學院特約教授姚定國先生獲委任為一邦國際網(wǎng)上國際仲調 (eBRAM) 董事會成員。一邦國際網(wǎng)上仲調 (eBRAM) 是根據(jù)香港法律成立的一家獨立且非營利性的有限責任公司。獲得亞洲國際法學院有限公司、香港大律師公會、香港律師會和物流與供應鏈多元技術研發(fā)中心有限公司的支持，於2018年成立。eBRAM旨在提升香港的仲裁和調解服務水平，利用創(chuàng)新技術構建能力，滿足正在迅速增長的跨境爭議解決服務需求，使香港成為法律科技 (LawTech) 中心和樞紐。eBRAM將努力與國際組織和專業(yè)團體（例如亞太經(jīng)濟合作組織 (APEC) 、東南亞國家聯(lián)盟 (ASEAN) 、一帶一路沿線國家及其他地區(qū)）開展協(xié)作，為避免和解決國際商業(yè)糾紛作出貢獻。
姚定國先生是郭吳陳律師事務所的顧問律師。他亦是亞洲排解爭端學院有限公司的創(chuàng)辧人/董事。他任教的課程為法學碩士(LLM)和法學碩士(仲裁及爭議解決學) (LLMArbDR)。

陶榮博士是多個國際主要替代爭議解決機構的註冊調解員和仲裁員，於英國蘇格蘭斯特靈大學取得博士學位，現(xiàn)任教的課程為法學碩士(仲裁及爭議解決學) (LLMArbDR)。
麥嘉豪先生是香港的執(zhí)業(yè)大律師，於英國劍橋大學取得碩士學位，現(xiàn)任教的課程為法學專業(yè)證書課程(PCLL)。
梁永強先生於2003年在香港城市大學（城大）法律學院畢業(yè)，現(xiàn)任教的課程為法學碩士(仲裁及爭議解決學) (LLMArbDR)。
馬耀添博士是執(zhí)業(yè)大律師，曾擔任立法會秘書處法律顧問，於2006年在北京大學取得法學博士學位，現(xiàn)任教的課程為法學碩士(LLM)和法學博士(JSD)及精進教育課程(GE)。
