Step 1:

Step 2:

Applicant login to complete the Admission form:

Note: Applicant's name should match his/her passport exactly.

Step 3:

a) For study plan, please input CSCI4006 and two dummy courses (GE1401, GE2401) to complete this part.

b) Upload the following documents via the online application system

1. CV
2. 5 project choices in priority
3. Official academic transcript (English version)
4. Proof of English Language Proficiency (if applicable)

c) Send a set of hardcopy of the following student visa application documents# to us by 15 February 2025

1. ORIGINAL copy of the Application form for Visa - ID995A

• Please sign your name on EVERY page (pages 1-4); and
• Insert a recent photo

2. After submitting your online application, please save and print out the "Acknowledgement of the Request for Student Visa / Entry Permit Sponsorship."
3. Photocopy of your travel document* containing personal particulars, date of issue, date of expiry
4. Photocopies of financial documents* under the name of the applicant
5. (e.g., bank statements, savings account passbooks, scholarship award notification, tax receipts, salary slips and etc.
6. If you are financially sponsored by another party, provide the sponsor's financial statements and his/her travel documents*.
7. Declaration by Financial Sponsor - Sample (if applicable)

# View a submission sample/checklist (Note: You should mail all the visa documents to the address below instead of the Global Engagement Office (GEO). Also, you will not have the letter of acceptance at this point. Once your application is reviewed, and the letter of acceptance is issued, we will forward the letter and all your visa documents to GEO to complete the student visa application process.)

* Please do NOT send original financial and travel documents, as all documents are irretrievable once submitted.
