Non-JUPAS (Direct) Applicants (2025 Entry)

Direct application is the non-JUPAS (direct) route for those applicants who do not have Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) results, or have those results but also possess other qualifications.

As direct applicants are selected based on a variety of qualifications, which may include General Certificate of Education (GCE) System (GCE A-Level and GCSE), International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, sub-degrees, bachelor's degrees or other acceptable qualifications. Selection is made on an individual basis. Performance in selection tests and interviews, where applicable, is also an important assessment criterion. Possession of the qualifications in no way guarantees acceptance.
