How to Share my Calendar?

You can invite other M365 users to access your calendar. When you send an invitation, you choose how much information to share. Following is the procedure of sharing Calendar in Outlook Web App (OWA):

1. Login your M365 account with Microsoft 365 OWA.
2. Click "gear" icon at the top-right corner of OWA window. Select "View all Outlook settings".
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click "Calendar", then "Shared calendars". Choose "Share a calendar" or "Publish a calendar" as your need.
