These words penned by Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. speak to the important role language plays in developing and communicating our thoughts, passions, ideas, discoveries, and technological breakthroughs. In today's world, which is arguably more interconnected and intertwined than ever before, an individual's capacity to span continents and cultures with clear communication is essential for professional success. Therefore, enhancing multilingualism and multiculturalism at CityU is part of the core mission of the Chan Feng Men-ling Chan Shuk-lin Language Centre.
