Date for receipt of Memoranda. Memoranda must be received by the Moot Director (v.nase@cityu.edu.hk) in Hong Kong by email 16:00 (Hong Kong time) and cc Rita Wong: phwong@cityu.edu.hk |
Friday, 13th July |
Date by which the Moot Director will publish the timetable for general rounds of the Moot on the Competition website |
Friday, 20th July |
Teams will receive opposing Memoranda from teams they are scheduled to meet in the general rounds of the competition – to be posted on the competition website |
Monday, 23rd July

Teams have to send Representation Plan to Moot Director via the following email address: v.nase@cityu.edu.hk and cc Rita Wong: phwong@cityu.edu.hk |
Sunday, 29th July |
- Check-in date at the Student Residence of CityU (if applicable)
- Registration conducted at Reporting Centre, 4:15pm – 5 pm, Yellow Podium, 4/F, Academic 1, CityU, followed by Opening Ceremony in LT-10 and Team Briefing at 6:45pm
