Given the massive success of the first-ever online CityU E-Career Success Fair held in 2020, Career and Leadership Centre (CLC) of CityU Student Development Services has further launched the CityU E-Career Success Fair 2.0 in 2021. Over 150 companies participated in the event, which was another record-breaking achievement in which more than 140 companies joined our online Job Expo this time. Besides, over 40 sessions of Recruitment Talks, Job Search Skills Sessions, Executive Chatrooms, and Career Preparation Workshops have been organised. Around 150 one-on-one Career Consultation sessions were conducted to provide professional support to CityU students on the job search. Over 1,500 job opportunities, including internship, part-time, and full-time positions, were solicited to CityU students.
The CityU E-Career Success Fair 2.0 attracted more than 5,500 visits for the Job Expo, over 1,100 views on the Event Kick-off Video, and nearly 3,300 participants for career activities and career consultation in just two weeks. The total number of visits in various career activities has reached over 10,000. The University would like to express the heartfelt gratitude to all valued employer partners for their staunch support and active participation in the CityU E-Career Success Fair 2.0.
